A Latte Opportunities empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through training, employment, and community connection.
We provide supportive work environments where adults with disabilities gain real job experience, build confidence, and contribute their talents every day. Since opening, A Latte Friends has proudly employed 9 individuals and served more than 5,000 customers.
How We Create Opportunity
Our mobile coffee cart allows us to reach the community beyond our café walls—creating 4–6 additional jobs, serving local events and businesses, increasing awareness of our mission, and generating revenue to sustain and grow our programs.
Expanding through a Mobile Coffee Cart
Our internship program offers hands-on training in customer service, cash handling, kitchen safety, and barista skills. These experiences prepare participants not only for success at A Latte Friends, but for future employment throughout the community.
